You could forgive channels for wanting to proclaim their candidate as the winner (I'm pretty certain BET was the first network to proclaim Obama winner 10-15 minutes ahead of all the "real" news networks), and the touch screen stuff looked neat and useful, but the holograms at CNN were like Saji and Louise in 00: Why? I was watching CNN’s coverage of the election yesterday, and the networks were all just super anxious to announce Obama as the winner right after he won Ohio, only they couldn’t because the polls were still open in California. So right after California’s poll close, they all just blew their wad. I think that’s how Sunrise feels whenever they’re about to bring a character back from the dead.
