Well the election is mostly over, but I still hear proposition stuff in CA. I'm sick of it already! >__>

Oddly, no one expected Louise to be more useful than Saji, ever.

>>>>The same kind of name as Hallelujah Haptism. Oh c’mon, anime’s full of crazy names. Didn’t Black Cat taught us that already?

True enough, but I've never watched Black Cat.

I thought the holograms and touch screens were rather cool, we're getting closer to the future or space elevators!

That hologram stuff was about as asinine as it got. You could forgive channels for wanting to proclaim their candidate as the winner (I'm pretty certain BET was the first network to proclaim Obama winner 10-15 minutes ahead of all the "real" news networks), and the touch screen stuff looked neat and useful, but the holograms at CNN were like Saji and Louise in 00: Why?

<blockquote>
I was watching CNN’s coverage of the election yesterday, and the networks were all just super anxious to announce Obama as the winner right after he won Ohio, only they couldn’t because the polls were still open in California. So right after California’s poll close, they all just blew their wad. I think that’s how Sunrise feels whenever they’re about to bring a character back from the dead.
</blockquote>

I was joking with a friend, speculating about how the networks could possibly screw up the coverage after the last few elections of calling states with 2 percent of the vote counted, or before all the poll locations in the state have closed (Florida). I didn't think they could raise the bar; they raised it. Calling battleground states (Pennsylvania, not California) with 0 percent of the vote counted? Real professional, guys.
