I just got back from one of Silicon Valley’s lovely Walmarts, and I noticed that they had four anime DVDs for sale there. Want to take a guess at which four they might be selling? If you’re first guess is DBZ, that’s a fantastic guess and 100% correct. Then for the second, how about some Pokemon? Wonderful, correct also. The third? Mmmm… Yu-Gi-Oh! perhaps? Correct! The fourth? One Piece? No. Akira? No. Kiki’s Delivery Service? No. Ghost in the Shell? No. Cowboy Bebop, perhaps? No. Some Gundam title? No. Paranoia Agent? Scryed? Ichigo Mashimaro? No, no, no. Can you guess what the fourth DVD was? Give up? It was this. I wonder how well did this title sell. Anyway, the Rose Bowl is at an exciting 24 to 23 score in the 4th quarter yet I’m itching to watch Shana 13. Yes, I’m still bitter that they didn’t call a penalty when Nebraska’s bench emptied onto the field for the Alamo Bowl.
