This could have been the greatest harem anime ever. Simulated pastry sex? Check. God Mode Rena? Check. Actual foreshadowing of the doll so when Mion goes bat loco it won’t seem like it came from left field? Check.
So according to the manga, Mion and Shion pretended that they were each other a few times, like when “Shion” drove the bike gang away from K1, that was most likely Mion (with her Oyashiro powah). I’m not sure what part I liked more… the otaku trying to get Shion to, uh, perform indecent acts, K1 trying to stop them (and predictably failing), K1’s declaration that “I can toss away my pride for victory,” the Rika bathroom defense, or how K1 finds out that Shion and Mion are actually separate people. Much improved over the anime. Much more fleshed out. Much more fanservice. I demand Kyoto Animation to start the remake project for Higurashi ASAP.

Right after a second season of Haruhi Suzumiya. And a Fate/Stay Night remake.
I thought the FSN anime did a decent job. Not great, but not bad enough for a remake yet.
I think KyoAni should just animate the UBW storyline. Kind of like a second season from a different studio (like FMP).
Before that though, I want more Haruhi ASAP.

If KyoAni remade Higurashi oneday… It would deffinately be my favorite series. Too bad it probably wont happen.
Maybe if we wait three years? Since now series only need to wait that long to be remade, KyoAni knows this best~
Mion, Shion, Rika, and Rena in KyoAni animation? Keiichi shown the way he should be, rather than how annoying they make him seem in the anime now? I’d go right to heaven. I can’t even imagine the detail they could do, being so used to the animation now… I sigh.
I’ll enjoy what we currently have though. But I can’t say I haven’t thought about Kyoto taking up Higurashi some day before…

I want kyoAn not to make remake but to make a FSN base ont he other scenerios, UNW and HF. If the daps are crying at the fate ending, wait till they get the bad sakura ending in HF, it would send the saps to the emergency room.
Man, at this rate. KyoAni will be known as the Repairman of Anime.
FMP? Let’s fix it and steer it back to the actual storyline!
Key Games? Let’s demostrate what we can do with Air and clinch the deal to remake Kanon!

It makes me morbidly curious enough to wonder if they can do wrong, by checking out their older series, such as ‘Nurse Witch Komugi’. Now, I’m not being fair here, and for all I know, NWK may end up blowing me away with its’ brillantness( though I doubt it), but I won’t know until I watch it, eh?

Like what they did for the comics, let`s assign each arc to different companies, like Gainax can do the first arc, KyoAni will be doing the second, wait let`s have Sunrise do the second one. KyoAni can do the third one, etc…
And each company should make at least 13 episodes of it, and the first 3 chapters should be aired at the same season.

Wow, reading the maanga translation made me wish Keiichi was less retarded than shown in the anime and be costume raped by Mion so I can actually laugh at him!
