    I believe the person who wrote the article thinks there is a cartoon called Anime. Obviously, this person doesn’t really know what he is talking about. I can understand that child porn is illegal but I seriously doubt that all anime is illegal in canada. I mean some English dubbing of anime is done in Canada. I think you posted this out of sarcasm.

    I imagine that they meant “hentai” instead of “anime”. That would make much more sense in the context of the article.
