Nice sp ep, but only if you think oga-chan is cute, that or you are a yaoi fan and enjoy watching tanaka and sato getting closer in their relationship.
Shana is simply there cause her name is in the title, but she does not appear enough nor she does anything interesting.
Sigh, anyway let’s wait for the movie.

Since I am an Oga-chan fan, I enjoyed the OVA througly. I understand the dissapointment others feel though; I was expecting the Yuji-Shana-Yashida angle too.
However it’s been a while since I got a good dose of non-tsundere tomboy-ism in anime, an Oga-chan is delightful.
Hot springs episode … like we did not had a pool episode.
If I remenber correctly this “episode” is supposed to take place after ep 13 (the end of the twincest arc) so Yuugi-Shana-Yashida is not in full gear and Matake-Eita is not exactly happening either.

I watched the OVA raw, and as far as I can tell it doesn’t really fit anywhere into the TV series (but I can assure you that the Yuji-Shana-Yoshida triangle is there).
Shana & Yuji are background characters for the most part though, as the OVA is pretty much about Ogata (I could’ve sworn that her crush was on the OTHER guy though).
I enjoyed it simply because it’s one of those episodes where you see the characters of an otherwise-serious show just chill out and relax (kinda like fillers, but enjoyable)… would’ve been really nice if Hecate showed up though…
Not in full gear because it only goes into full gear during the festival attack, the key point is were that both acept Yuugi torch status and that just happens later.
The sheer lack of Wilhelmina made it left enjoyable, for me at least. I skimmed through the raw (so I have no idea what went on), but was like Shana filler minus the Shana. I personally would have gone for a Day in the Life of [Insert _Character] special instead. I’d watch 30 min of Wilhelmina shopping for melonpan or Kazumi praying to her Yuji “sugoi” shrine.
Meh, Wilhemina had an extremly brief (but IMO hilarious) cameo.
Kesiuke is so fucking hottttttttttttt!!!!!!! I just keep fallin in love with him? I wonder if he like ane-san? I think he is the cutest anime guy i ever seeeeeeeeeeeeennnnnnnnnnn!! I love his eyesssssssssssss!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! DAMN I WANT HIM SO MUSCH!!!
