Remember what I wrote about typical jdrama overacting? This is why I don’t consider Densha Otoko anywhere as good as GTO or H2… relying on overacting to get a point across instead of using plot and dialogue is just poor storytelling. I also feel cheated we’re never shown any of these people’s desktops. You can learn a lot from their desktops: what’s their wallpaper? Do they have icons everywhere? What OS do they run? Google Desktop? Firefox? Tsukihime Desktop Helpers? Are they helping train man but secretly browsing those adult boards at the same time? Are they leeching Pretty Cure with bt in the background? See, we should know these things. Dammit, I demand to know these things.
