Heaven’s Prisoner, translation by Anime Waves. Good concept. Confusing story. Felt like Tsukihime (complete with Ciel-wannabe) with only Hisui… or would Kohaku be the more appropriate comparison?

Agreed. And it also doesn’t help the fact that it takes a long while for this thing to be released in tankoubons. Ugh!
