I think we need a new stat: episodes to gar. For Simon, it was 11. For Kamina, it was 3. For Yuji, it was 45. I think it’s a worthwhile stat in the spirit of innings pitched or ERA. Mull it over.

yea I hope we get to see more of Yuji break’n out the pimp hand. I love it he crushed a deamon with his bear hands. I’m calling it now, in the future yuji will become an overlord of some sort with shana tan as his lady concubine. oh and Yoshida will tag along as well just because Ikke kuns every wish is destined to fail

Yeah, it’s probably true but, for sure, Yuji hasn’t noticed he’s holding a double-edged sword and it’s cutting his arm (vide: http://img231.imageshack.us/im.....ujitb3.jpg) :P
I approve of this stat.
The trap stat is just as important, Mako-chan took 5 eps, Kei took 8 eps (?), Hayate took many more eps. The guy from shion no ou was a trap from ep 1 but reverted back in the mid-teens. Tomoyo was a tra– OH SHI—-…
I guess I need to catch up on Shana. I’m only on ep 14 or so.
Gar is the new Moe … then again “Gar” started as a typo so it makes perfect sense.
Being spoiled by the novels I know were Yuugi is headed, Kaze is ALMOST right …
Reminds me of the “time to crate” rating system more than any sports stat. It just has to be a negative number for cases like Mako-cakes or Shinji. Tho, it seems like there’s less of a defining moment in those cases….

I guess then that Mizuho (Otome wa no boku) is basically the equivalent of C.C. Sabathia when it comes to the ace of the trap pitching staff? I’d give Mako-cakes Fausto Carmonas spot in the rotation, because they both came out of left field to become, in my mind, legit Cy Young candidates.

I wonder how Jason will react to the next episode, which was basically an all-Wilhemina fight-fest against Sabrac. Battle Meido, and it’s about time. Too bad Yuuji’s spine reverts in that episode as well, and returns to screaming like a little girl, but it’s expected given how much of a monster in battle Sabrac has shown to be.
Please tell me innings pitched wasn’t a not-so-thinly veiled reference to Zito’s performance in Spring Training.

No, need a different stat for that. I’m thinking OPB. Ordinary People Broken. But I think I will create an Episode to Gar pantheon… it’s about time we have something positive and uplifting. YES WE CAN!
(Though the list right now just looks like Simon, Kamina, Dan-kun, Hosaka, Taniguchi, and Yuji. Can’t really think of a character prior to 2004, but I’m also tired as hell right now.)

I wasn’t gonna double up right away, but I was thinking BVA- Broken Viewer Average… per 9 eps? Perhaps not 9 eps…the numbers would be astronomical.

There are all kind of craps inside that damned torch named Yuji, I will just say that there is a reason they keep pimping up Yuji’s gar level, and it’s NOT because they are setting up for Yuji and Shana to fight da final epic battle side by side…
Since their are two characters from TTGL do you not have to subtract Kamina 3 from Simon’s 11 to get 8 episodes to GAR.
