You now have my attention. With the thigh high + musical combination that is, NOT the NBA players wearing thigh highs or whatever. The link’s not working for me, but I distinctly remember hearing last year about some weird sock trend. Can’t remember the reasoning behind it. Comfort, warmth, I forget.
Bad, bad, bad, bad, bad. Besides, NBA players aren’t tsundere or yandere, they get saddled with labels like “coach killer” (coach choker?) or “locker room cancer”.

I wonder how long until there is crossover images of Touma as Fate.
Also there seems to be continuing discussion on what Season Three Minami-ke might be like since they are changing the artwork again and have a new director. If they get the pacing right and perhaps stick to some kind of source material they’ll have us. Or they’ll just use Mako-cakes, Hosaka, and Haruka is Amazing to get us even if the humor and art are off track.
The art work for Minami-ke Oekari is more… ‘realistic’, I guess. It’s not quite like the manga art, or the style of the first season, and DEFINITELY not like the second season. I just wonder what this means for the story, given that we’re still stuck with Asread. Although with Asread on the job, we know one thing that we didn’t know before they did Okawari:
Mako-cakes will be the focus of the animators’ attention, not Minami Haruka. They proved this in Okawari, and I fear that Oekari will continue the trend.

It’d be like that redo of the three kingdoms…. except now you can stare at all the bouncing boobs you want while watching them run up and down the courts rather than kill one another.
Though, given how most of them are a lot older, I doubt there’ll be lolis.
It’s true. I want to know why there’s this sudden influx of women in skirts and high socks on my campus. I wish I could appreciate it…but they need to lose a few dozen pounds first…@_@
If you ask me, Mako-cakes is still a vast improvement over them…

Fear is because I belong to the Haruka is amazing camp. And we got way too little Haruka in Okawari.
Banchou got time in that series…it just seemed to focus more on Chiaki than either Haruka or Kana.
Also Haruka got upgraded a bit. We just didn’t get the accidental flashes like the first series.
This is why we need more of Touma’s brothers and Hosaka…more Haruka (or Banchou) incidents are sure to follow.
Banchou only got a bit of time in the series, compared to Chiaki, because Fuyuki was in her grade, that useless little bastard who was a waste of screentime. We needed more Hosaka Fantasies around Haruka, and more Haruka time. And 100% less Fuyuki.
Now, if it was Fuyuki Hinata, it might’ve been worth it, just because Haruka would have a chance to meet Aki Hinata and Natsumi could probably beat some sense into Kana…

Hm. Is it really broken if they ARE exactly as they appear? Think about it; technically, it doesn’t matter what they were before, if one is attracted to what they are CURRENTLY, that’s just human nature. And genderswapping doesn’t necessarily constitute… well… the current definition of broken.
I guess “broken” levels vary between enjoying genderswaps and enjoying traps.
The hang-up is that a vote for one version can be perceived as effectively a vote for all, especially in a case like this where the original, trap, swapped, and swapped reverse trap are near identical.
