Unless “low power” means “only doing it out of one eye” I’m not seeing it. Actually upon second look, the asymmetrical eyelids plus her slightly puffed out cheeks, eyebrow position, and slightly rosy demeanor strike me as nausea. As if Sawa-chan got them in this position through a bit too much ‘juice’ and Mio is in the early stages of needing to hold back a technicolor yawn.
